The team at GH Law has extensive experience in general transport law, including claims under the CMR and the Norwegian Carriage of Goods by Road Act, as well as claims relating to transport by air and rail. The team has litigated several cases before the Norwegian courts relating to multimodal transport contracts as well as logistics contracts.
